What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our ready-to-ship models, the MOQ is 12 pieces. For standard wholesale orders, the MOQ is 30 pieces. Sample orders for quality testing are always welcome.
Do you offer OEM/ODM custom logo services?
Yes, our 5-person R&D team provides comprehensive customization. We can apply your brand logo on the headstock, customize wood materials, and install specific pickup systems for bulk orders.
What are the packaging and shipping dimensions?
We use reinforced export cartons. For acoustic guitars, a standard master carton holds 6 pieces and measures 107.5 x 47.7 x 67 cm. This optimized size helps distributors calculate LCL/FCL sea freight costs efficiently.
What are your payment terms for bulk orders?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) with a standard 30% deposit to begin production and the 70% balance before shipment. PayPal or Credit Card is available for initial sample orders.
